Product Analytics in the Management Console
Product Analytics is new to the Management Console. See how your catalog is performing — which products drive conversations, who's engaging, and what's converting — without leaving GMC.
Product Analytics is new to the Management Console. For the first time, you can see how your catalog is actually performing without leaving GMC — which products are driving conversations, whether that interest is spread across many people or concentrated in a few, and what’s converting.
It’s built product-first. Open it up and the first thing you see is your catalog: products tracked, total engagements, distinct users, and conversions across the last 30 days. And it goes deeper than counts — every product breaks down by topic, so you can see what people actually want to talk about.
Take a single product: its engagements, how many distinct users drove them, how many were interested, how many converted, and the revenue behind those conversions — alongside a topic mix (pricing, comparison, and so on), an interest trend, and a short inquiry summary of how it’s performing.
Leads are connected in, too. Click into an interested segment and it ties straight back to your lead records: the same people, with their funnel stages, the products they’re interested in, and their preferred store — from awareness through to purchased, with conversion labels pulled straight from your existing lead settings.
What’s new
- Product Analytics comes to the Console — see how your catalog performs directly in GMC, no external tooling required.
- Product-first by design — get full product analytics with no funnel setup needed; engagement leads the view.
- Catalog at a glance — track every product with total engagements, distinct users, and conversions across the last 30 days.
- Per-product depth — drill into any product for its engagement, interested users, conversions, conversion value, topic mix, interest trend, and inquiry summary.
- Topic breakdowns — see what’s driving each product’s conversations, from pricing to comparison and beyond.
- Leads, connected — interested segments tie back to real lead records with funnel stages, products of interest, and preferred store.
- Revenue-aware conversions — conversion events are labeled from your lead settings, distinguishing revenue-generating events (e.g. Purchase) from non-revenue ones (e.g. Demo Booked).
